Turn your Backloggd into a game store | Alt Video

Alt Video is a video store you walk around in, stocked with your own movies, shows and games. It is in development for Steam, for desktop and VR.

What Comes Across

Your ratings
Your play statuses and logs
Your lists, if they are in your file
Your ratings and logs on the games already on your shelves

The Fine Print

Requires a CSV or JSON file that you supply. There is no official Backloggd connection.
Some account information may not be included.
For example: “286 titles are ready. 4 need a title choice.” You can start browsing the 286 right away.
A logged game may not be playable. The case tells you which games you can play.

Here’s How It Works

Have a CSV or JSON file of your Backloggd logs ready. Backloggd does not offer an official export at this time.
Select “Import a list,” then select Backloggd.
Pick up a case to check it out.

On the Case:

Questions

Got a question about using Backloggd with ALT VIDEO? We’ve got answers.

Is there a Connect button for Backloggd?: No. Backloggd does not offer an official connection, so you import a file.
What if my file is not recognized?: ALT VIDEO tells you what it was able to read, keeps those titles, and offers a standard CSV format you can use.
